Privacy Policy — Bondiq

Bondiq ("we") protects your personal information in accordance with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act.
1.What we collect.
Through our contact form: name, email, inquiry type and project details (required); company, market and timeline (optional). Our hosting provider may automatically log your IP address, browser and access time for security.
2.Why.
Only to review, reply to and discuss your inquiry.
3.How long.
Three years from submission, then deleted. We delete it immediately on request, unless the law requires us to keep it.
4.Sharing.
We do not share your information with third parties, except with your consent or as required by law.
5.Processors and overseas transfer.
Formspree, Inc. (USA) receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email at the moment you submit; it keeps them until we request deletion or our contract ends. Our mailbox is hosted on Google Workspace (Google LLC, USA and other regions), where inquiries are kept for three years from submission, or deleted sooner on request. Cloudflare, Inc. (USA and other regions) hosts the website and keeps security logs (IP address, browser and access time) under its own policies. All fields you enter in the form are transferred. If you prefer not to use Formspree, email us at [email protected] instead; email is also received through Google Workspace.
6.Your rights.
You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing at any time by emailing us.
7.Security.
We limit access, protect accounts with passwords and two-factor authentication, and use encrypted connections (HTTPS).
8.Cookies.
We do not use tracking or analytics cookies. Only settings such as your language choice may be stored in your browser.
